The rooms are a map,
not a locked brief.
A starting point for the artists, designers, sound engineers, performers and technologists we invite to translate it, challenge it, subvert it and make it their own.
The emotional journey has to survive. Seduction, complicity, revelation, grief, choice, and finally silence. Everything else is open.

The spine that runs through it
The rooms are not separate installations. One data thread runs the length of the building, and building it is the hardest technical problem here.
- Tag, in the Nave. The blessing is an RFID tag. Tracking starts before anyone suspects it. Every room entered, every choice made, logged silently.
- Record, in the Confessional. Voice captured and stored against that tag. The AI priest remembers more than the visitor meant to give it.
- Activate, in the Hall of Agreement. Pressing I AGREE is a real system event. The data already gathered is formally unlocked. Time-stamped and irrevocable.
- Reveal, in the Panopticon. The whole journey played back in real time. Confessional audio. Live feed from the Nave. The visitor becomes the watcher.
- Delete, in the Garden. The phone goes off, and so does the record. How long someone stays in silence is the only thing the building never keeps.
That chain has to be reliable, explicable to a regulator, and genuinely deletable. It is the difference between a show about surveillance and a show that performs it.
What is still open
This is the honest list. If one of these is your craft, you already know whether you are the answer.
- Lenticular glass fabrication for Saints of Silicon, so a saint becomes a skull from the side.
- The AR layer that changes what a phone camera sees when it photographs a saint.
- Data plumbing carrying a confession from Room II to Room VII, and a profile from Room VII to Room VIII, safely and deletably.
- Thermal printing and the receipt that becomes the most discussed object in the building.
- Host costume and animatronics, humanoid, unhurried, warm enough to be trusted.
- Spatial sound across twelve rooms, including Gregorian chant layered with server hum, and a room engineered to be genuinely silent.
- Camera array and real-time scoring for the Panopticon.
- Scenic build, from a gothic nave in glass and LED to a brutalist courtroom that feels like a Tuesday.
