London in March 2027 is the proof of concept. Twelve rooms designed, five built to open, thirteen weeks, one city.

There is a full budget, a monthly cashflow that never goes negative, a break-even model and a plan for what happens after London. None of it is on this page. We do not send decks and spreadsheets to people we have not met, and we are not going to start.

What we are looking for

People who move before it is obvious. The full cathedral will be built with those who were in the room first, and their credit will say so.

Why it travels

Every room is modular by design and documented as a repeatable system. What rises in London can rise in any city with a warehouse and a nerve. London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Paris, Tokyo. An experience becomes an IP. An IP becomes an institution.
